By purchasing a ticket to the Dwayne Harty MasterClass, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Filming and Photography: The MasterClass will be filmed and photographed by IKS Media. The primary focus of this content will be the instructor and the instructional material.
Consent to Appear: As a participant in the class, you understand that you may appear incidentally in video footage or still photographs taken during the event.
Usage Rights: You grant IKS Media and its affiliates the unrestricted, royalty-free right to use any such images or footage that include your likeness for promotional and advertising purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.
Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please contact us in advance at amanda.w@iksmedia.com so we can make reasonable arrangements to accommodate your request.
